We are hiring for part time positions for our field marketing team. As a field rep, you'll visit residential neighborhoods where we our crew are completing home improvement projects. You'll talk to neighboring homeowners, and offer our services via a free estimate. Don't worry, you don't have to write the estimates, you just book the appointments. When a homeowner agrees to an estimate appointment with us, you earn $275 per scheduled appointment - No selling required. 

We provide full training and $75/day in training pay for your first two weeks (up to $900), which is earned back through lead production. Most reps exceed this within their first few days. Continued work is based on hitting performance goals.

• Monday–Friday (You can pick a 3 day work week that fits your lifestyle)

• Saturdays optional but highly encouraged

• Typical hours: late afternoon to early evening (flexible)

Responsibilities

• Knock doors and speak confidently with homeowners
• Offer free inspections for roofing and siding
• Schedule appointments with interested homeowners

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma

Experience Requirements

• Restaurant service, retail sales

Desired Skills

• Basic tech literacy
• A desire to commit to our training process.

• Must have reliable transportation (reliable car)
• Able to walk several miles and work on your feet
• Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
• Must pass a background check
