WestPro is hiring motivated, people-friendly reps to join our field marketing team. As a field rep, you'll visit residential neighborhoods where we are doing projects, talk to neighboring homeowners, and offer free roof, siding, and window estimates. When a homeowner agrees to an estimate appointment with us, you earn $275 per scheduled appointment - No selling required.

We provide full training and $75/day in training pay for your first two weeks (up to $900), which is earned back through lead production. Most reps exceed this within their first few days. Continued work is based on hitting performance goals.

• Monday–Friday (You can pick a 4 day work week)

• Saturdays optional but highly encouraged

• Typical hours: late afternoon to early evening (flexible)

Responsibilities

• Knock doors and speak confidently with homeowners
• Offer free inspections for roofing and siding
• Schedule appointments with interested homeowners
• Track leads and follow a proven process
• Hit a minimum performance threshold during training (We’ll train you, but your continued role depends on producing leads)
• Average goal: 2 leads per day (some days more, some days less)

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma

Experience Requirements

• No specific experience is required, however our most successful team members have come from restaurant service, retail sales, and active customer service roles.

Desired Skills

• Basic technology literacy, personable, outgoing, capable of learning new information quickly.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation (reliable car)
• Able to walk several miles and work on your feet
• Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
• Must pass a background check
• No experience required – just a great attitude and work ethic
