Siding and Window Replacement on Cambridge Drive in Longmont, Colorado

The Problem

Judy and Gary had loved their home on Cambridge Drive in Longmont, CO for decades, but the original siding on the house and detached garage had reached the point where it no longer held up its end of the bargain. Years of exposure had taken a toll on the exterior, and it was time for something built to last through many more Colorado winters.

Why It Needed Replacing

What We Did

A few low spots needed some dimensional lumber work to get everything sitting plumb before the new cladding went on, but the garage in particular came together with no surprises.

New Summit windows went in ahead of the siding work and were confirmed fully operational, with interior caulking finished to a standard Judy and Gary were happy with. Gutters in Montana Suede were added to both structures to round out the drainage system. Flashings above doors and windows were detailed carefully and checked as part of closeout, and the whole project passed city inspection without a hitch.
